How do I start applying the Law of delight right now?
I have been asked these questions by many of my friends again and again.
So, I decided to teach this course for all the people who are struggling with the Law of Attraction and want an easier way to live life.
These are the strategies that I teach so many clients over the past 10 years and it’s working magically for them to develop their own strategy to start using the law of delight to manifest everything.
First Step with Law of Delight
First of all, I am deeply appreciative and grateful to everyone one of you who keep writing to me regarding their questions related to how to heal and how to make their dreams come true.
This course is dedicated to all of you who are solution-oriented people: artists, healers, coaches, creators, speakers, entrepreneurs, visionaries, dreamers, achievers, leaders who focus on creating value and being a dynamic source of motivation and inspiration to others.
If you ask me what’s the first thing needed to use The Law of Delight right now – then my answer is
“INVOKE THE POWER OF APPRECIATION & GRATITUDE FOR EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE – TO THE POINT YOU ARE CRYING TEARS OF JOY FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. OPEN YOUR HEART TO RECEIVE THAT JOY AND DELIGHT IN EVERYTHING AROUND YOU.”
The greatest keys to unlocking the feeling of delight for you right now are:
Deliberate joy, ecstasy, bliss, happiness, gratitude, love and passion for living life to the fullest!
“LOVE” and “DELIGHT” GO HAND IN HAND.
To cultivate love and delight – we need to get good and grateful. To recover our childlike wonder and awe with the world, we have to let go of the pain of our past and the disappointments and heartbreaks and be willing to open up to the possibility that all our deepest dreams and desires are already here for us.
START YOUR JOURNEY WITH LAW OF DELIGHT
Follow these 7 Delight Steps –
1. WRITE DOWN ALL YOUR DEEPEST DESIRES & DREAMS IN A PLAY LIST:
Make a complete list of everything you dream of and desire for yourself. Get as deeply detailed as possible.
Don’t put any deadline, just focus on your most optimal outcome that you would be ecstatic and delighted – overjoyed if it happened. Think about your most outrageous dreams, your deepest childhood desires, your greatest longings and your heartfelt needs.
Don’t worry about how ANY of it will come true or when or who will help you realize it. Simply focus on what it would FEEL Like to experience it, have it, be it, live it. It doesn’t matter if its a material dream, an aspiration, a goal.
Commit to reading this list 10 times every morning and night. First thing before you get up every morning and the last thing you do every night before you go to sleep.
Now, what I did was put all my dreams and desires into a movie I watch 2x a day every day.
You can do this, or you can read them every day.
2. WRITE DOWN 100 THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO THAT DELIGHT YOU OR MAKE YOU HAPPY IN A DAILY DELIGHT ME LIST.
This list is strictly an action list – so use verbs and descriptions – like go pet a fluffy puppy, blow bubbles, draw with chalk on the sidewalk, finger paint, make cookies, dance, go for a hike… etc. Brainstorm this list and keep working at it over the next 7 days. Keep it on your desk or on your mobile device so you can keep adding to it as your inspiration hits. When you get stuck, ask friends or family members who know you and remember what used to make you laugh and smile.
No matter how depressed or disappointed you are, you can always find something. Start with 20 today, and over the next 7 days keep adding to your list.
3. FOLLOW THE 24 HOUR DAILY DELIGHT PLAN
Download my 24 hour daily Law of Delight plan and start focusing on things that delight you. If you want to get healthy and fit but HATE the gym – what about dancing? Turn on the music and dance until you are sweating every day! Find new recipes that incorporate a rainbow of healthy foods to eat.
It takes 28 days to form a new habit. Choosing to FOCUS on what delights you rather than what causes you frustration, irritation or disappointment gives you back your power in how you live your life.
Every time you fall into a pit of despair, depression or frustration, you can choose to pull yourself out of it by focusing on delighting yourself FULLY in life.
Eventually, you will become a seeker of delight and pleasure, rather than addicted to pain and complaints.
Focus on delighting yourself all the time no matter how easy or difficult life seems. Delight will inspire your mind creatively to seek out new ideas and expand your world view. Delight is open and heal your heart and soul so you can soften yourself to see what’s good and wonderful and positive in life. And as you start experiencing more delight, you will inspire people around you! Delight shared is a delighted squared! And guess what – the UNIVERSE REWARDS delight with more things and experiences that delight you! Which gives you MORE to delight in! It’s that simple!
4. NEVER COMPLAIN – NEVER EXPLAIN
My grandma gave me this piece of advice and I found it just recently.
How many times a day do you unconsciously complain?
And how many times a day do you feel triggered to explain yourself, defend yourself or react to someone or something in a defensive or negative way?
We all have triggers that trip us up. So instead of putting your focus on complaining about what you don’t have o explaining why you can’t have something or do something, focus on what you do have and what you can do and experience! This simple trick inverses everything in your life.
5. PRACTICE DELIGHTING OTHERS WITH ACTS OF SERVICE, GRATITUDE, APPRECIATION, & DELIGHT FACING FORWARD
Let this daily practice of finding ways to DELIGHT & APPRECIATE others penetrate into every corner of your life, heart, body and soul to create a miracle. Why is this step needed? To keep you in a state of expansion and growth INSPIRED ACTION is needed.
This gets you to where you are always practicing delighting and appreciating others as a way to delight and appreciate yourself.
As you do for others what you desire for yourself, you get more of this coming back to you. as you take action on acts of service, you will shift your focus from problems in life to the solutions you are able to co-create with others. You become even more delighted and grateful and even more inspired and even more appreciative.
6. WRITE DOWN 10 THINGS EVERY DAY YOU DELIGHT IN AND ARE GRATEFUL FOR!
Make a habit of writing a gratitude journal every day. Write the gratitude for the things that you feel you are blessed with. It could be your friends, the money you have, the food you eat, your education and for all the other big and little things that you have in your life. This is proven to become a very powerful and life changing practice.
7. FOCUS ON & SHARE THINGS THAT GIVE YOU DELIGHT:
As you are an active participant in this Law of Delight Online Course, you will be given tons of law of delight material and you will learn to apply this in a step-by-step process.

But here is where it gets GOLDEN – when you make it a habit of FOCUSING ON AND SHARING things that delight you every single day!
Make a habit of READING & SHARING on SOCIAL MEDIA at least 1 thing from Delight: An Enlightened Path To Transforming Your Life Spontaneously every day.
Read, listen or watch something that truly inspires and delights you every night before going to sleep! You can watch movies and videos that inspire and delight you, listen to audio or read something that gives you back that feeling of delight.
Make it a daily practice to READ, WATCH LISTEN AND SHARE DELIGHTFUL THINGS! Why? Because negativity tends to attack your mind when you least expect it!
Now, here’s my secret trick. I do something or watch or read something at night that delights me right before I go to sleep.
Here’s why. I used to suffer from the worst nightmares and PTSD flashbacks late at night. It got so bad that I couldn’t sleep, eat or think! I was completely undermined by my past and I couldn’t get a single full night’s sleep.
So in order to soothe my mind and begin fighting these horrible nightmares, I started focusing on one little thing. like holding my stuffed animal, or my dog, cuddling my kids before I go to sleep.
And these things all helped. Eventually, what really helped me was being held or touching my partner all night long. It brought me such a deep sense of delight, love, passion and peace of mind.
The Law of Delight proved to become a powerful antidote to my PTSD!

I would suggest you buy books that inspire you and invest in courses in order to support people that truly inspire you to live a higher quality of life. All you need to do is break down the walls surrounding your heart, release the power your emotional issues wield over you, and learn to operate in a place of courageous, bold, fierce love and delight and stand for something that is important to you.

If you feel too negative on any particular day, don’t worry about it. Likely your energy has shifted into a new center in your energy field (which I talk about in the practitioner’s course).
Energy isn’t stagnant! It’s always ebbing and flowing. Likewise, when you shift, you’ll find there are emotional and past issues being brought up in your tissues to acknowledge and release so they can be transformed.
Never forget that in every single moment of every single day is a gift for a brand new beginning.
Try this when things get out of control in your relationships: “Ok let’s rewind and start again. We had a misunderstanding and we just have to remember we love each other. Let’s remember we are here to delight each other and stop judging. So let’s experiment with something new. Life is too short to be miserable!”
